| dc.description.abstract | A system of computers and implemented method for identifying and organizing data relating to a global problem into a plurality of hierarchies of interrelated categories stored on a plurality of computer systems interconnected by a network. Each category of the hierarchies is divided into a topic having at least one concept and datatype.
